I am so grateful for the beautiful pictures in the January Nature Gallery. I find love behind every shape and color. Every time I look at these photos, I feel joy.

Rome, Italy

I am moved by the gorgeous color and light in these photos! For me, these colors reflect my experience of the Siddha Yoga path. They are clear, luminous, joyful, shimmering, radiant, and enlightening.

As we spend time in this world, how blessed we are to walk the Siddha Yoga path!

Florida, USA

Looking at these incredible pictures reminds me that we do live in a world that is wonderful—from simple droplets of water to the intense colors of a woodpecker and the remarkable shapes of flowers. I realize that I love our world—it is filled with so much magic and love.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for bringing the beauty in our world to my notice. Now, as I look out into my garden, I see more magic and light, and it brings me joy.

Nairobi, Kenya

In the morning, as I prepare for my day, I sit with my tea and enjoy the Siddha Yoga path website. Each time, my heart finds a place to land that brings such joy. Each time—how marvelous is that!

Today, my eyes have landed on the exquisite photograph of the dusky sky with the golden light on the trees and brilliant sparkling stars in the evening sky. I recognized that holy place between day and night and it took my breath away. I have returned to it several times, breathing that beauty into my heart. Now I walk into a great working day ahead!

Thank you for the Siddha Yoga path website, which continually supports me to sustain this joy.

Today I walked around frozen Lake Nityananda, and then I sat on a sunny bench on the lakeside. I listened as the sunlight striking the lake warmed the ice. The melting ice made chirping sounds and melodious songs that reminded me of whales calling to each other. Then, I heard a loud crack echo across the lake. Warm joy glowed inside me as I sat listening to the lake singing her joy to the sun.

The picture of the squirrel, so intently staring into the camera, caught my attention. My, what a beautiful creature! The more I looked, the more I noticed: the thick, bushy tail, the whiteness around the eye. Suddenly, an animal that I see many times each day had come into my awareness in a more conscious and thoughtful way. I was reminded of how often life passes me by, without my taking notice.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for reminding me that all of life is important and if I take the time to pause and notice, there is so much in nature to see and admire.

Looking at these photos, my heart bubbles with joy. It seems to me that the photographers must be in such a state of delight that they are capable of focusing on the precise detail or moment when the sparkle in nature is most evident. This masterly eye affects me in the best way possible: all I can do is marvel and laugh out loud. There is so much fun going on!

When I turn back to my own life and the changing views before me, it becomes easy to see the joy and beauty everywhere.

Thank you for revealing what a support to sadhana the senses can be!

California, USA

Thank you for these beautiful photos of Nature in her many forms and shapes! Each one is unique and each moment captured is new and fresh, never to be repeated.

Since participating in A Sweet Surprise Satsang, I have been filled with joy and savoring each moment. As I look around my home, at the trees and birds, at the people in the grocery store—at everything—I am filled with wonder at the magnificence of life!

Thank you, Gurumayi, for teaching us how to be present to life and return to joy.

North Carolina, USA

Walking to a hatha yoga class early this morning, I glanced up to the sky and saw the crescent moon with a small star and a larger planet to the right. Wanting to capture this beauty, I retrieved my journal and drew a picture of this moment in nature when everything was perfectly aligned. As I look at the nature pictures tonight, I see that this beautiful moment was captured and shared with the world!
