I love the imprint of the hand in the frosty window pane. I see it as the abhaya mudra, granting the blessings of fearlessness and protection.

For me, selfless service creates a circular flow of protection and love. I'm so grateful to offer seva, to have a practice that continually teaches me how to make love visible.

It has been many years since I have been to the Ashram. I am thrilled to see so many young people offering seva! They appear so vibrant, healthy, and happy. The children in the Ashram complete the picture of community. Seeing the developments on the Siddha Yoga path, and in my own life since my shaktipat experience with Baba back in 1979, gives me great hope for the future.

Thank you for this beautiful website, which keeps me connected to our sacred community.

What wonderful expressions of joy through service are depicted through these photographs! Through them, I immediately tap into my own experiences of this, as a flood of memories revisits me, reminding me how blessed I've been and still am to have the opportunity to offer seva.
