A couple of days before the Invocation Mantras were posted, I listened to the recording of Gurumayi singing these mantras on the CD Beloved. This was the first time I had heard this recording, and it went deep inside me. I kept hearing it and chanting it throughout the day.
When I opened the Siddha Yoga path web page and saw the Introductory Mantras for the Celebration of Baba's Birthday, I thought, "No coincidence! The connection is so alive."
I read the translation, which I had not remembered fully. It is the most beautiful and intimate prayer that unites us with the Guru.
Thank you for showing us how our connection with the Guru and the path is so present all the time.

These days, my husband and I are reading Baba's book From the Finite to the Infinite. As I read the book, I am experiencing profound love for Baba. It is so great to read Baba's words, which express his state of supreme bliss, his conviction, and his great devotion to his Guru, Bhagavan Nityananda.
I really wanted to offer my salutations to Baba. And now, when I saw these Invocation Mantras, I started to sing, “Muktanandaya Gurave.” These are the right words for my feelings for Baba. My breathing is deep, and there is silence in my being.
Thank you, Baba, for providing us with this beautiful golden path. I am and will always be grateful for your teachings and for the Siddha Yoga path.

I just spent some more time singing and reading the Invocation Mantras,
Muktanandaya Gurave. What an exquisite prayer, a nectarean invocation. As I was singing it, I experienced something similar to what another Siddha Yogi had shared on the website: I heard Gurumayi's resonant voice singing the mantras. My mind was soaked in her melodious voice as we saluted Baba Muktananda together.
Afterwards, I closed my eyes, and the mantra
Om Namah Shivaya was spontaneously repeating within me with great force. I felt incredibly still, enveloped in silence and the sweetness of the Guru's protection.
Even though there is construction work happening right outside my window, and I could hear the clamor of machinery and many voices, none of it had an impact on the profound silence I experienced. Enveloped in this silence, I tingled with a heart-opening feeling of gratitude for being on this blessed path.
Thank you, Gurumayi. Thank you, Baba. Your light illumines the world.

On Sunday, I participated in the Global Audio Satsang in Celebration of Baba Muktananda's Birthday; and afterward, at home, I was singing and singing these mantras that we sang with Gurumayi in the Satsang. This morning, I got up early to go to the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Mexico and offer seva for the recitation of Shri Guru Gita. While I was getting ready to go, I started singing in my mind, Muktanandaya Gurave. To my surprise, later in the day, when I opened the computer to see the teaching for the day, it was the same mantras that we sang in the Satsang—the same mantras that I was singing early this morning.
It felt like a blessing. Today, after focusing on the Guru, on meditation and chanting, I received this gift.
Thank you, Gurumayi. I am so happy for this experience!

This morning I woke my husband and whispered in his ear, "There is something new on the website for Baba’s Month!" Even though he was in a bit of a rush to get to work, I could hear him out by the computer, softly reading the translation of the Invocation Mantras, with immense feeling. There was such a tender, trusting sweetness in his voice.
When he began to quietly sing the mantras, his voice was angelic and gripped my heart. A soft light filled my consciousness, and I felt a thrill rush through my being. Such is the power of reverence and love and Baba's presence. When my husband came in to kiss me goodbye, his face was shining. Our home feels blessed and alive with grace.

I loved waking up this morning to the invocation to Baba! I chanted these mantras before my meditation, and I entered my meditation with such joy.
Thank you so much, Baba, for taking birth to support your devotees. Thank you, Gurumayi, for this exquisite website. And thank you to all of the sevites who are helping me bring the blessings of Baba's Birthday month into my day!
