In this Home Study Course on Siddha Yoga meditation, you will start from wherever you currently are in your meditation practice and, guided by Gurumayi’s teachings, learn essential means to develop and enhance your practice. You will learn how you can progress to more and more subtle levels of understanding and experience.
The Power of Siddha Yoga Meditation requires 2-3 hours of study a month, plus regular meditation sessions.
