Siddha Yoga Sadhana Retreats
Sadhana Retreats offer a dynamic learning environment in which committed siddhayogis can intensify their sadhana. Participants learn how to enter deeply into the experience and understanding of one spiritual practice and how to more fully extend its benefits into their daily lives. Within a steady rhythm of disciplined practice, there is space for reflection and rejuvenation. Sadhana Retreats are led by experienced Siddha Yoga meditation teachers. The retreats are primarily residential and are 4 to 7 days in length, with a maximum of 25 participants.
Siddha Yoga Practices Retreats
In Practices Retreats, participants learn how to enhance their study of the Siddha Yoga Message and strengthen their spiritual practice. These retreats are typically non-residential and 2 days in length, with a maximum of 60 participants.
Pilgrimage to the Heart Retreats
Pilgrimage to the Heart Retreats are offered in Gurudev Siddha Peeth in Ganeshpuri, India. These one-week retreats are designed for dedicated, self-motivated Siddha Yoga students who wish to experience and contribute to the powerful ashram environment through their active participation in the retreat's daily schedule. In order to support their full engagement with the practices, participants observe five days of silence.
Siddha Yoga Young People’s Retreats (ages 13-24)
In these retreats, young people have the opportunity to explore together the power of the Siddha Yoga practices and to discover the relevance of Siddha Yoga philosophy and culture to their daily lives. These non-residential retreats are 1 to 3 days in length, with a maximum of 60 participants.
Siddha Yoga Family Retreats
Every moment of the Family Retreats provides an opportunity to practice connecting to the heart and enacting Siddha Yoga philosophy and culture. In these Family Retreats, siddhayogis of all ages engage in spiritual practices and study as a family. These residential retreats are 4 to 6 days in length, with a maximum of 100 participants.
