Siddha Yoga Sadhana Retreats
The Sadhana Retreat is an opportunity for Siddha Yogis with an active practice to intensify their practice and take it deeper. Through this dynamic engagement with
sadhana and spiritual study, each participant can experience a sustained transformation.
The retreat schedule focuses on spiritual practice, including periods of quiet study and reflection. There are also interactive learning sessions, which are led by experienced Siddha Yoga meditation teachers. Enrollment is no more than 25, and this intimate size supports a forum in which students interact with the teacher and with each other. Everyone participates; everyone learns.
In the retreats, which are 4 to 7 days in length, students can begin an ongoing expansion. After the retreat, they can implement and assimilate their heightened experience and new understandings, establishing the experience of the Self as the foundation of their day-to-day lives.
