Recitation of Shri Guru Gita in Honor of Mahashivaratri 2013

Bade Baba looks so serene and majestic. I felt he was intently listening to each word of Sri Guru Gita chant and simultaneously sending sweet blessings to all those chanting and to us all viewing this event on our computer screens.

 

I paused, breathed, and connected with the shakti. It was so powerful! Thank you Gurumayi a million times over for this prasad and blessing.

Thank you so much for the sweetness of the recitation of Shri Guru Gita to celebrate Mahashivaratri.

I felt in my heart, essence, and presence that I was seated with all of you,
though I was in front of my own puja.

I have absorbed this glorious morning's chanting of Shri Guru Gita right into my bones through viewing the resplendent photos. Thank you, Gurumayi. Thank you to all who participated in the chant. Thank you to all who performed the seva that brought these resplendent photos to the website so that all of us around the world can participate in this grace-filled, auspicious occasion!

Thank you so much for the beautiful images from Mahashivaratri! On that day I was filled with so much inner beauty and peace. All day, off and on, my husband and I were chanting and focused on the mantra.

In the evening I attended the Celebration Satsang at our local Siddha Yoga Meditation center. That night, as I prepared for sleep, I held onto my mala and experienced a sleep that felt as though I was floating all night in a very still and pure space. Very special! I am so grateful for this path.

Thank you for the most luminous and wonderful selection of images from the Shri Guru Gita recitation in honor of Mahashivaratri. The radiant beauty of Gurumayi and the splendid majesty of Bade Baba reflects in the faces of all the sevites, and very specially in the sweet families.

It was so beautiful to be part of the recitation of Shri Guru Gita in honor of Mahashivaratri through the images shared on line. Every image was resplendent with the luminosity of the occasion. Bade Baba looked stunning and regal, and felt so alive, surrounded as he was by all the devotion and love of the devotees in the Temple.

 

I feel so blessed to see you, my beloved Guru, smiling, chanting, and being there for each of us as we transform to become our best and brightest selves in this lifetime.

What a surprise gift to be able to participate in the Shri Guru Gita chant for Mahashivaratri by seeing these photos! Distance really does not make a difference. Bade Baba is always so majestic and full of love. When I look at these photos of Bade Baba and Gurumayi, they seem to have an invisible wire sending pulsations of love from the computer monitor into my heart. It keeps pounding stronger and stronger.

As I viewed the beautiful photographs from this celebration, I was especially moved to see images of children engaging so naturally in the Siddha Yoga practices—chanting, meditation, offering dakshina. They are a moving affirmation of the everlasting power and beauty of the Siddha Yoga philosophy and culture. Thank you so much for sharing these precious images with the world.
