Last night, I participated in this session before going to bed. This morning, I woke in a state of pulsating stillness. I could feel the light of the Self dancing in every particle of my being. I remained for a long while delighting in the fullness of a mind at peace.

When I got up to begin the day, I found it easy to choose my thoughts, to invite those that led to good feelings and kindness, and to let others go without a backward glance.

Thank you, dear Gurumayi, for these sessions that unfailingly deepen my experience of Siddha Yoga meditation, the gift of all gifts.

Yesterday , I participated in Meditation Session III at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Milan. So I had the opportunity to be present during the live audio stream of this event.

Right from the beginning of the live streaming, I perceived a particular light in the meditation hall. Everyone's face seemed full of brightness. Everything seemed to shine with a vibrant liveliness.

During the session, as I received instructions from the meditation teacher, I felt that a space of light was being installed within me, which became more and more expanded. This shining light arose between the in-breath and the out-breath, and then expanded out into an unlimited space and time of profound quietness.

Today I am reliving and savoring the blessedness of this experience, with gratitude.
