Letter Regarding Haiti from the Board of Trustees

January 23, 2010

Dear Siddha Yogis,

The whole world has swiftly responded to the major earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12, 2010, just outside the capital city of Port-au-Prince.

Since then, many of you have been offering your support through donations via The PRASAD Project website, which is connected to Direct Relief International, an organization that responds immediately to the most urgent needs in the world—and right now, to the needs in Haiti. Thank you.

To continue supporting the relief efforts in Haiti, you can make a donation via The PRASAD Project website, which will continue to work with Direct Relief International.

Also, you have been generous with your time and energy by offering your prayers and blessings to all those affected by this devastation in Haiti. Thank you very much.

As the people of Haiti continue to receive support from around the world and as the work of restoring and rebuilding lives, homes, and communities begins, let us continue to offer our heartfelt prayers to the living and the departed. It is our sincere wish that the Haitian people will understand that the goodness of the world is here to support them.

Thank you.

With best regards,

SYDA Foundation Board of Trustees
