In meditation during this eighth session, I experienced the breath as waves breaking gently on an expansive shore. Although I could hear the sound of the waves, they transported me to the soundless ocean within, where I rested in deep peace and contentment.
Thank you, Gurumayi, for opening up another pathway to travel to the madhya.

How wonderful the eighth monthly Meditation Session is! The teaching on “Traveling with the Breath to the Abode of Bliss” took me into a meditation that was quiet yet full of insight. And it doesn’t end there. What I learned can be applied to any area of my life—relationships, creativity, profession, exercise, health—any time, any place.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for your inspiring guidance that always enhances my life in unexpected ways.
