These meditation sessions are beyond amazing! As I was following the instructions to repeat "I am, I am, I am," I began hearing within myself, "I...am...Om Namah Shivaya. I...am...Om Namah Shivaya."

I will be repeating this as I do my japa walks through the woods with my animals. Such power! I feel as strong as the mountains. I feel completely empowered.

I am so grateful to Gurumayi.

Since I participated in the meditation session "The Pure 'I Am,'" I have begun to repeat the words I am to myself with the intention of returning to my Self. Whenever I do this, my attention is immediately drawn inwards. There, I feel calm—completely calm.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for your teachings and your grace.
