As this meditation session began, I could feel a deep sense of ease and peace spread throughout my being.

In meditation I saw Bade Baba, silent and still like a sentinel watching over me. I realized that the Siddha Yoga Gurus are always with me, whether I am aware of them or not. I experienced profound reassurance of the Guru's presence within, as waves of bliss radiated through my being.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for these deeply nourishing and transforming meditation sessions! Each one has deepened and strengthened my meditation practice.

What a luscious and astonishing session this was! I closed my eyes, followed the instructions, and then found within me the Gurus of the Siddha Yoga lineage—but not as I usually see them. This morning the Gurus appeared to me as swans, wonderful swans, and they enveloped me in their wings. As I settled into their supportive softness, the swans took me on a most amazing journey. It began with a thunderstorm whose lightning bolts were rainbows. And it went on to a beauty that absorbed me completely.

The only reason I finally got up from my chair was my strongly felt need to offer gratitude at the Guru's puja.

Thank you, Gurumayi. Thank you, Baba. Thank you, Bade Baba.

Just as I began to follow the meditation instructions, I found myself gravitating toward various opportunities I have pursued in my life. I saw all these as doors in my mind; they opened outward and then slammed shut.

I noticed, however, that there was one door opening inward. From this door emanated shimmering, bright light—flowing in astonishing, colorful streams filled with hearts and stars. As I entered this light, I journeyed inward to a sacred refuge. This space held no words, sights, or sounds. It simply vibrated with the presence and grace of the Siddha Yoga Gurus.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for showing us one more way to enter the madhya, the ever-present source of bliss.

During and after this meditation session, I felt deeply comforted, reassured, and at peace.

Thank you, Gurumayi, for showing me the way back to my inner Self, to the company of the Siddhas, and to your grace.

This was the very first meditation session that I have participated in on the Siddha Yoga path website. I could sense Gurumayi’s presence within me.

I have had a hard time focusing during meditation in the past, so this was truly wonderful for me.

Thank you, Gurumayi! I will participate in these sessions from now on!
