As I began reviewing the Siddha Yoga teachings from this year, I noticed my heart getting lighter and lighter. A concern related to someone in my family that I’d been feeling for the last day seemed to fade away. I realized that all I can give this person is whatever I hold in my own heart—my own love, compassion, and grounding in the Truth of these expansive teachings.
What a treasure chest we’ve been given! I’m so grateful to be encouraged to open it again and receive this support and guidance anew.
Thank you, Gurumayi, for the Siddha Yoga path website and the solace and understanding it brings me.
