How do I create a Siddha Yoga Online Account?
Click on the link “CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT” located in the top right corner of the Siddha Yoga path website. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address requesting you to validate your new account. Please create your new account in advance of the event.
In what languages is the satsang available?
The satsang is available in English, with simultaneous translation into French, Hindi, Portuguese, and Spanish.
What is the length of the satsang?
The satsang is approximately one hour and 50 minutes in length.

How long will the satsang be available?

May I invite friends to participate in the webcast in my home?
You may invite as many people as you like, as long as they have all registered. However, there can only be one registration for A Sweet Surprise per each account. Anyone wanting to participate in A Sweet Surprise online will need to create a Siddha Yoga path website account and register under their name. It is your responsibility as the host to ensure that everyone has paid the registration fee. Please request that they bring their confirmation e-mail.
How many times can I participate in the webcast?
Registration allows you to participate in the webcast once. To participate multiple times, register and pay the fee each time.
Once I've begun the webcast, how much time do I have to complete it?
You have 24 hours to complete the event after you have clicked on the “Click Here to Participate” button. This period allows ample time to participate in the satsang with pauses, as well as additional buffer time in case you encounter any technical difficulties.
Is there a recommended browser and Internet speed?
The recommended Internet browsers are Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Internet Explorer is not recommended. The minimum recommended Internet speed is 2 Mbps.
The timer on the player is moving but I don't hear any sound. What should I do?
Check that the speakers are turned on and the volume is up. Also check that the audio settings in your computer or mobile device are not muted.
What should I do if the webcast does not start or is breaking up?
You may need to refresh your browser by pressing the following key(s):

How do I change the visual quality of the webcast?
To change the visual quality of the webcast, click on “HD.” Choose a higher resolution if the still images are flickering, and choose a lower quality if the webcast is buffering or does not load properly.
What is the cancellation policy for participation on a personal computer?
- If the event has not been launched and the request for a refund is made while registration is open, the fee will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
- The fee cannot be refunded once the webcast has begun.
What is the cancellation policy for participation at a Siddha Yoga Ashram, meditation center, or chanting and meditation group?
To cancel your registration, please contact the location where you registered.
- If you cancel prior to the start of the event, the fee will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
- If you cancel after the start of the event, the registration fee will not be refunded.
