Madhava began following the Siddha Yoga path in 1997 in Mexico City. He has served on staff in the SYDA Foundation since 2012 and became the Live Events Department Head in 2013, overseeing teaching and learning events, such as the Siddha Yoga Shaktipat Intensive and A Sweet Surprise Satsang as well as other satsangs and events in Shree Muktananda Ashram.

Madhava holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universidad de las Americas Puebla in Mexico. Before serving on staff, he led a consulting company focused on marketing innovations for businesses.
