Purnima Siew was introduced to the Siddha Yoga path by her parents when she was born, in 1994. She serves on staff at Shree Muktananda Ashram as a director in the SYDA Foundation Live Events Department. Between September 2014 and May 2015 she offered seva in Gurudev Siddha Peeth as a long-term Gurukula student; she served with PRASAD Chikitsa and as an assistant to the steering team for Siddha Yoga Teaching and Learning Events.

In September 2015, Purnima will begin a pre-med course of study at MCPHS University in Boston, Massachusetts.
