निरञ्जनी अन्नपूर्णेश्वरी।
जगदीश्वरी परमेश्वरी।
कात्यायनी नमोऽस्तुते॥

nirañjanī annapūrṇeśvarī ǀ
jagadīśvarī parameśvarī ǀ
kātyāyanī namo’stu te ǀǀ

O Goddess! You are Niranjani, taintless and supremely pure.
You are Annapurneshvari, the Goddess of nourishment and abundance.
You are Jagadishvari, the sovereign Goddess of the universe,
and Parameshvari, the supreme Goddess.
You are Katyayani—I bow to you!
