In Session VII, as I sat listening to the live audio stream from Gurudev Siddha Peeth in India, I felt attuned to the sacred atmosphere of the Ashram. While moving through the postures and breathing exercises and into meditation, I found myself turning inward to a deep space where the mind became contented, and a feeling of sweet joy pervaded my being. I was able to relish the radiance of the Self.

Thank you, Gurumayi. Each of the Meditation Sessions has been a blessing.

These meditation sessions are such a blessing on so many levels. They have helped move my relationship with Gurumayi's Message for 2017 from understanding to assimilation. They bring me to a sweet peaceful state inside, and make me feel connected to the global Siddha Yoga sangham.

I am deeply grateful.
