I have recently started a new job, so I’m going through a lot of changes and adaptations. But when I opened the Siddha Yoga path website, I found this beautiful message: Happy New Year. My whole expression changed; slowly, my whole being began to change. Then I entered this beautiful Deepavali Gallery, and as I viewed the pictures, I began to experience the mantra repeating in me. It was like finding an oasis in which to cool off and "reset" myself.

When I beheld Bade Baba’s majestic form in the photos, I became aware of the mantra, Om Namah Shivaya, reverberating within me. I experienced that the mantra was a form of Bade Baba himself that was entering and filling my entire being. The word “fearlessness” flashed across my mind.

When I look at the murti of Bade Baba, the form seems so full of life, so full of presence. There is a stillness that surrounds Bhagavan Nityananda, and gazing at his form draws me into that state of stillness, that space of such sweet rasa, nectar. As I touch that place inside, the light of my heart is like the festival of Deepavali within.
