Baba’s teachings and the reflection questions in the introduction are like a mirror which show me clearly where I stand in my sadhana. With the support of Shri Guru’s grace and my self-effort, I have had some invaluable experiences in my sadhana and in daily life. But now I must ask myself: do I have the intense longing to know that supreme Truth, not only intellectually but by imbibing it so intensely as to make it my true nature?
When I contemplated this question, the answer that came to me from within was: I need to develop and strengthen the virtues of discrimination , viveka, and dispassion, vairagya; and to engage myself deeply in satsang, as taught by Shri Gurumayi in her Message for 2018. The Siddha Yoga Path website helps me in this endeavor beautifully.
Thank you, Gurumayi, for making us aware through Baba’s teachings that we must cultivate mumukshutva to reach the ultimate goal.

Reading these teachings of Baba’s has helped me intensify my meditation practice. Before I start my meditations now, I make an intention: I want to experience the Self. Then, all my senses get focused on experiencing the Self. I witness the stillness, and—after some time—joy!
Thank you, Baba ,with all my heart, for these teachings.
