Yesterday as I participated in the Shaktipat Intensive in Honor of Baba Muktananda’s Mahasamadhi, I felt immersed in the radiant glory of Baba’s life and attainment.

Today I dipped into the news but felt its familiar effect of putting my mind in an agitated state. So I went to the Siddha Yoga path website and was drawn to Baba’s Teaching #V. Immediately I could feel my mind uplifted and refocused by the purity, strength, and one-pointedness of Baba’s focus in his life and sadhana.

Baba’s example is an unshakable refuge and compass for my own life and sadhana.
