The wide-angle view of the lime-green trees taken from ground level stirred up feelings of coziness, contentment, and awe in me. It filled my heart with gentleness and comfort.

Oh joy! I have been waiting all spring for the first sightings of baby deer at Shree Muktananda Ashram, and today my heart leaps at the sight of these two, who appear to be adults, possibly one of them soon to give birth. The sight of deer touches my heart.

I am so happy observing nature’s changes in the sacred grounds of Shree Muktananda Ashram. I feel I can smell the sweet fragrance of the flowers, particularly those arranged magnificently around Bade Baba’s murti. I feel I am right there at his feet, absorbed in the bliss of his presence.
I’m so grateful for my daily journeys to Nature in Shree Muktananda Ashram. They inspire me and help me recognize the sacredness of my everyday life.

As I viewed these beautiful pictures of nature, I felt my heart swell with love for the Guru. From one image to the next, I found myself uttering words like “wow,” and “oh,” and “Jai Gurumayi,” until I felt so elated I started chanting Om Namo Bhagavate Muktanandaya! I have no words to express my gratitude!
Indore, India
When I look at photograph 80 in the Nature in Shree Muktananda Ashram II gallery, I am drawn to the luminosity of the pink rose covered with glistening water droplets, its petals generously opening and expanding.
This exquisite image reminds me that, despite the lockdown conditions still required in many places around the world, the sun continues to shine brilliantly, and beyond the darkness there is light.
