It is so great to see the open, loving smiles of the sevites. Thank you. The sublime, grace-filled, and beautiful atmosphere of Shree Muktananda Ashram has been transported right into my workplace in Deggendorf.

    Deggendorf, Germany

As I look at the images in this series and the one preceding it, it seems to me that as the sevites approach each varied task, from cooking to gardening, they balance both the inner awareness of the Self and the attention needed to focus on the specific action at hand.

    California, USA

As I contemplate these beautiful pictures of the sevites going about their days at Shree Muktananda Ashram, I am struck by a feeling of non-duality. In physical space, they are there and I am here. Yet in the space of the heart, we are walking the sublime path of Siddha Yoga side by side, each at our own pace. Thank you for this gift.

I am enjoying these pictures of Siddha Yogis offering seva in Shree Muktananda Ashram. In some of the images, the sevites are performing actions that I easily identify as seva. In others, I need to pause and consider.

Then, I notice that in these images there is a beautifully trimmed garden, a swept path, evidence of the seva that is offered daily.

And on further reflection, I understand that balance and maintaining well-being are also elements of seva.

As I offer seva, I can recognize the point where a contemplative walk, a clarifying conversation, or a moment in nature will support me to be more attentive and clear-headed.

    New York, USA

The sevites in these pictures seem so present. And nature is such a vibrant part of each image. It appears to me that these sevites are honoring all creation with their focused, loving service.
