I loved seeing our radiant Guru, Gurumayi, standing in the kitchen with the smiling sevites, and all the shiny pots and pans above them reflecting the light-filled room!

New York, USA

These pictures are like magnets. They draw me into the beautiful space of understanding that every single task done with joy, perfection, love, and respect is a form of seva, of selfless service. So I needn't limit this understanding to the tasks and activities that I may undertake only when I am in the Ashram. I can take it beyond and spread Gurumayi's love with the world around me wherever I am! The joy and love on the face of each sevite in these pictures are an invitation and sweet reminder of this.

Each and every one seems so happy. I felt peaceful and joyful looking at the smiling faces. I wish to inculcate the practice of remembering to be cheerful and happy.

Thank you, Gurumayi ji. I appreciate all the beautiful photos, quotations, articles, talks, and teachings that we are able to view daily on the website.

The outer beauty reflects the inner state. I see Gurumayi's hand and Gurumayi's heart in every image and every action.

Thank you, Gurumayi!

These pictures reveal for me, once again, that seva is a practice people of all ages can enjoy with all their heart.

These photos warm my heart. They are an invitation to step into the loving world of my Siddha Yoga Ashram friends and share in their abundant spirit of joy and peace. What a beautiful gesture during this holiday time.

Thank you for such welcome good cheer.

I love the photo of the child whose hand is at rest so easily and tenderly next to the adult's as she is watching and learning. I love that the Siddha Yoga path nurtures young people so lovingly.

Thank you, Gurumayi.

The photo of the smiling sevite on the phone reminded me of an experience many years ago, when I worked as an office receptionist. At that time, I would silently repeat Sadgurunath Maharaj ki Jay! before I answered the phone. Many months passed. Then one morning, I picked up the phone and silently repeated my greeting. And I heard a loud booming voice from the other end of the line, saying, “Sadgurunath Maharaj ki Jay!” I was thrown into shock and silence. Then the Siddha Yogi who was calling quietly shared: “I don't know why I said that. It just leapt out of me!”

Thank you, Gurumayi, for this sacred space where we can share our love, enthusiasm, joy, and gratitude!

I am impressed by the genuine smiles of each person and the joy emanating through those smiles. It reminds me to bring that joy to whatever I am doing.

I am struck by how clean everything is. I am inspired to clean up my workplace.
