The word rasa evokes a lot of interest and joy for me. When I look at my life, it is full of rasa. With Guru’s grace, I have experienced a lot of joy in my life. I always look for rasa in whatever I do, be it teaching, learning, offering seva with the children, or doing sadhana in other ways. Whatever it is, I do it with great joy. I spend time in nature and appreciate it, and I get a lot of joy and inspiration from nature.

I am grateful to the Siddha Yoga Gurus for filling my life with the rasa of joy.
