By focusing on the space between my in-breath and out-breath, I enter A Temple of Space.

In the “temple of space” my limitations dissolve as my sense of the Self expands. Time stands still.

I enter A Temple of Space and find infinite possibilities.

When reflecting on A Temple of Space, I looked up the word space in the dictionary. One of the meanings that really appealed to me was “an empty place.” This brought up the thought, “An empty place is one where there is nothing—nothingness, the Void.” I felt that’s where I need to be, where I want to be: in nothingness. To become nothing—it’s where I experience the deepest peace, rest, and rejuvenation.
