I think of reverberations as what is created when a pebble is dropped into a pond and sends out ripples in all directions. What I do with each moment of my time casts ripples out, much like that pebble plunking into a pond, so it’s important to me to make choices that radiate ripples of kindness and love.

I feel Gurumayi’s blessings reverberate in my life as sweet waves. The love, energy, and teachings I have received over the years present themselves again and again, as I open myself to receive them. The times I have dedicated to the Siddha Yoga practices continually reverberate inside me.

“The reverberations of time” are ever present for me. In each moment I am given the opportunity to fill myself and my environment with an uplifting presence, thought, feeling, or action. Within and around me I can feel the hum of each moment continuing to vibrate. When I use time wisely, I am able to savor the deliciousness of these reverberations, fully aware that how I use this moment affects not only me, but also the world around me.
