I experience “the inhalation of time, the exhalation of time” as the hamsa mantra. Whenever I am aware that my breath is aligned with the repetition of this mantra, I feel more centered, more absorbed in the Self, more fulfilled and content.
In this way both the breath and time are my companions—always present, always protecting and supporting me. This strengthens my experience that my treasure lies within. Then, even when I have an outer focus, more and more I can sustain this inner awareness of my divinity and my heart’s connection with Gurumayi.
