As I was walking this afternoon, the image of this heart with its golden rays came to mind. I saw Om Namah Shivaya written on the heart, and I wondered if this is also written on my heart. I checked, and I experienced that it is.

As a result of this experience, I feel as if my heart is anchored in grace and is also helping to send bright beams throughout the world. I feel as if my heart is the same as this heart from Gurumayi, the same as the universal Heart. I pray that I may keep returning again and again to this experience.

I have had various power-filled experiences since receiving this gift and taking it deep into me. This morning, as I watched it in a lovely, spellbinding state of pure observance and allowing, I found myself in a new rhythm of flowing with the mantra.

On my in-breath, as the pulsation of love flowed outward in the video, I repeated Om Namah Shivaya and recognized that this is my experience of the mantra flooding my being with blessings. On my out-breath, the pulsation of the video flowed outward, and the pure love of this primordial pulsation filled my outer world with blessings.

I felt the inner and outer blessings and the deep connection between my inner and outer worlds!

I am wonderstruck at the untold blessings there are in everything the Guru offers as I revisit her teachings and allow the experience to be fresh and new each time.

I was traveling to a Siddha Yoga meditation center to participate in a satsang in honor of Mahashivaratri. While traveling, I repeated the mantra Om Namah Shivaya, and as the sun set, I saw the most beautiful shades of color. It was captivating and, at the same time, soothing and calming. I felt a very deep connection with the sun. After the satsang, when I saw “Love in Action,” I felt so much love and gratitude, as the colors of the heart were the same as those I had seen in that setting sun! I felt as if Gurumayi ji were sending so much love and so many blessings to me and to everyone.

As I look at “Love in Action 2026,” it is as if I am seeing aspects of myself in a mirror. The grey, icy water reflects how I am experiencing the external world right now. The flecked and fragmented parts of the heart show signs of how life has taken a toll. Yet there is still beautiful, living tissue—gold and pink like the sunrise. As I go deeper, I see that light is there—serene, pulsating, strong, perfect, and easeful in its rhythm. This is my own Self, bursting with light and with the sound of Om Namah Shivaya, permeating the layers of beauty, fear, doubt, and grief. This is “love in action.” It tenderly answers questions that I have been contemplating: “What can I do?” and “How can I help?” From the experience of contemplating “Love in Action,” I feel wholeheartedly committed to repeating the mantra. Immersing myself in the mantra is right action.

I am in Gurudev Siddha Peeth at this auspicious time. Last night before going to sleep, I visited the Siddha Yoga path website and received darshan of our beloved Gurumayi’s “Love in Action 2026” teaching. In that moment, I experienced guru-bhava, identification with the Guru. It was so powerful to fall asleep with this image emanating love and light, pulsating like a heartbeat.

This morning as I recited Shri Guru Gita, I kept experiencing this image within my own heart. My mind became so quiet and focused. I feel so close to the Guru and so grateful for her beautiful and powerful teaching in this form. May I sustain this connection and share this love wherever I go.

The image of the golden, pulsating heart was captivating, as was the radiant light emanating from it. I was also drawn to the background image, which appeared to me to be the pupil of an eye. Since this is a teaching from Gurumayi and the title is “Love in Action 2026,” my feeling was that by looking through the eyes of the heart, I radiate light and love, and I also feel that love inside myself. So, I am taking this as an instruction for a practice to see everything through eyes full of light and love.

As I was watching the beautiful image of the heart radiating its light freely, my own heart filled with joy in the recognition that this is my heart! Then I felt great excitement seeing the mantra written on the heart. Gurumayi’s Message for 2026 came to mind. I am now willing to accept that the beauty of this heart is also within me. “Love in Action 2026” was a portal into which I entered and where I felt welcomed. It felt like a sweet and kind invitation to explore the vibrant space of the heart. I experienced this invitation as being on a main road that guided me inward to where the vibrant space manifested in a kaleidoscopic succession of golden shades. The heart eventually lost its shape, transforming into an expanded space of brilliant whiteness without borders. I am so grateful for such a beautiful feeling.

Hours before I opened the Siddha Yoga path website, I was feeling strong love and happiness in my heart. I had been wondering about this because there was no apparent reason for this feeling. Then I saw the incredibly beautiful heart from Gurumayi, “Love in Action 2026.”

The tremendous love I had been experiencing grew even stronger. I truly felt my love for my Guru, and I kept thanking Gurumayi for this experience.

Then I looked closer at the heart, and I saw Om Namah Shivaya written in Devanagari on the right side. Immediately, on its own, my mind started to repeat the mantra. I experienced the vibration of the mantra and the vibration of the heart as the same.

Last week, I purchased a Valentine’s Day card for my wife and mailed it to her. When she opened it , we discovered that it is remarkably similar to the “Love in Action 2026” heart from Gurumayi. It has the same color scheme and gemlike radiance. From this, I understood that, even the simplest act of love carries with it hues of divine love.

When I saw “Love in Action 2026,” my heart filled with love and gratitude for my beloved Guru, who always takes time to convey her love to all of us. My heart’s wish is to remember and love my Guru more fully with each and every breath. It is the Guru who has shown me what true love is and how to love my own self. “Love in Action” reminds me of the third line of Gurumayi’s Message: “Recharge! Nourish your Heart.” The constant remembrance of the Guru’s love is the true nourishment for my heart.

As I saw this glorious and radiant heart, I had a strong thought: “This heart is the origin of the universe, and it is my own heart. It is emanating auspiciousness. It is pure love.”

When I meditated on this beautiful heart for some time, I experienced a strong flow of shakti in my head and my heart. I experienced joy within. I felt as though my heart was one with the Guru’s heart.

I love this image of my luminous heart. As I gazed at it, I became aware of the sacred mantra Om Namah Shivaya on the right side of the crystalline heart, inviting me to repeat the mantra with each in-breath and out-breath while following the radiance flowing from the heart’s golden center and dissolving into the still space between each pulse of light.

It reminded me of Shri Gurumayi’s teaching in “Bond with the Mantra,” where she encourages us to fall asleep with the gentle repetition of the mantra resting in the heart. Tonight, I will watch this image and let myself rest in that sweetness.

When my husband and I opened the Siddha Yoga path website, we had forgotten it was Valentine’s Day. I exclaimed with glee, “Gurumayi has sent us a Valentine!” This gift fills my heart with the spirit of Valentine’s Day. So much love is beaming out with such elegance and power.

I set the computer up in front of our puja alter and meditated, peeking at the screen occasionally for inspiration.

When I opened the Siddha Yoga path website today, I gasped with delight. I found a Valentine’s Day greeting of love from Shri Gurumayi! When I opened the image, the pulsating heart pierced straight into mine. Its every element seemed to be sending a different, beaming inspiration. The heart was like blown glass with elements of gold emanating through it and entering straight into my own heart. On the side of the heart, in a beautiful shade of blue, there is the mantra Om Namah Shivaya. The heart is throbbing with Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya. I am so blessed, I am so blessed, I am so blessed.

My experience of studying “Love in Action 2026” is that the pulsations of light coming from the heart are constant and far reaching, the center of the pulsations grows brighter like the rising sun, and the heart seems to become one with the pulsation of Om. The longer the heart pulses, the more the beams seem to change color. I experienced the grace of the heart, constantly emanating pure vibrations of golden light inside and outside.

I had such a beautiful experience of Gurumayi’s teaching “Love in Action.”

First, I enjoyed the beauty of the image. Then, when I sat with it quietly, I saw that the radiance of the heart has the power to “melt ice.” For me, this “ice” may manifest as defenses that keep the heart and the experience of love hidden. I was in awe of the power of such love—the power of the heart.

And then I laughed out loud, realizing, “Wait! This is my heart! It’s not outside of me.” My heart has radiance and light! It’s my responsibility to know this, to protect it, and to share it with the world in whatever way feels best.

I saw that the love in my heart is my love for my Guru and her love for me. This is the experience that makes my life meaningful.
