As I passed from one photo to the next in the Gallery in Celebration of Deepavali, I sank into a gentle space of love. As I contemplated this, I recognized that the photos of nature and the photos of the puja items felt the same—all inhabited by and radiating that same Self.

As I was looking at all these light-filled pictures, I noticed that nature is also celebrating Deepavali here in my own environment—with soft sunbeams illuminating and brightening the colors of the leaves, stones, and animals. Filled with serenity, my attention spontaneously turned toward the Heart, the abode of supreme light, the light of the Self.
I am grateful to my Guru, who illuminates the world through the knowledge of the Self.
