Recently I have noticed how moments of this bliss can and do pierce through the veil of my mind’s activities. These are moments of pure freedom, wonderful joy, and love.
For a long time, I have tried to find these moments in between the breaths or between the thoughts. But now they are now gently descending on me at unexpected times. Whenever a shiver of this “indescribable bliss” pierces my awareness, my hair stands on end, and I realize that years of following the Siddha Yoga practices are now bearing fruit.

During the afternoon meditation of the Shaktipat Intensive 2019 at the Siddha Yoga meditation center in Montreal, I had an experience of this teaching of Baba’s: “Indescribable bliss is the very goal of meditation.”
As I slipped into deeper and deeper realms of meditation, my whole being was transformed into a golden column of scintillating light—from head to toe! I was ecstatic, and full of bliss. It felt like I was floating in a divine pool of supreme love and tranquility, full of promise and infinite hope.
