I found this share to be truly helpful. For some time now, as I’ve repeated the mantra, the syllables seemed to merge into one constant humming sound that I’ve felt pulsing in my throat or between my eyebrows. I have sometimes resisted the experience, making an effort to continue repeating the syllables of the mantra.

Today, after reading the words of the young Siddha Yogi, I once again became aware of the familiar strong pulsation in my throat. This time I gave it my full attention, holding the understanding that the mantra had led me to experience the vibration of the primordial sound. The experience was one of ecstasy as I let myself be drawn into what I now understand to be a priceless gift, the fruit of mantra japa. And I so look forward to continuing to explore what I’ve been given.
