This morning I spontaneously began chanting the name of Ram with lots of joy. The words of the
namasankirtana, Shri Ram Jay Ram
, came alive as I continued to chant. One by one the qualities and virtues embodied by Shri Ram came to me: balance, gentleness, commitment, devotion, steadfastness, fearlessness, knowledge, and compassion. I was filled with gratitude and peace as I remained immersed in contemplating his virtues and his presence in my heart.

is very healing for me. It gives me the feeling that all is well as it is. I often wake up in the morning noticing that the names
Ram
and
Krishna
have been repeating within me. This makes me feel blissful.
