In 2024, Siddha Yoga meditation teachers are teaching four workshops on Gurumayi’s Message for 2024, which are available on the Siddha Yoga path website. The title of the workshops is “Embodying Gurumayi’s Message for 2024”. One of the main components of these workshops is the use of a wonderful technique called physicalization, which allows to obtain muscle memory of the essence of Gurumayi’s Message.
