Siddha Yoga Meditation

Meditation Sessions via Live Audio Stream 2017

Sunday, March 19, 2017

Dear seekers,

A new series of Siddha Yoga Meditation Sessions will soon be available to enrich your study and practice of Gurumayi’s Message for 2017.

By participating in these sessions, you will discover how your own breath is one of the most powerful and accessible means to enter the Heart in meditation. The title of the first session in the series is

Creating Space for the Breath to Flow

In this session, you will learn ways to prepare your body for meditation. This will support you in experiencing the power of deep, easeful breathing to quiet your mind and bring it to rest in the Heart.

This session will be a live audio stream from the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Mexico City on Sunday, March 26, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (USA).

I encourage you to take part in this ongoing series of meditation sessions over the next six months, as a means to strengthen your sadhana and to embrace Gurumayi’s invitation to make her Message your own.

With warm regards,
