While participating in the evening svadhyaya at Gurudev Siddha Peeth, I received an intention from within to focus on creating A Temple of Tranquility. I envisioned what that temple would look like—an ash-colored background with luminous strips of very light orange and green color. I imagined smoke from a burning incense stick slowly dancing in the air and the sound of wind chimes.

I experienced that being in this Temple of Tranquility slowed my activities, thoughts, and even time itself, connecting me to stillness and eternity. This state of tranquility magnified my actions and thoughts, revealing the true motivations behind them.

From this state of tranquility, the creativity flowed smoothly in me. I made the illustration of this temple and, through the process, I received new ideas and inspiration for my seva and my sadhana. I am so thankful to Gurumayi for her shakti-infused teachings and the divine inspirations they unfold within me.
