When the fakir revealed to Angelo that the shirt he had been seeking for thirty years did not exist, I was disoriented and sad. As I continued to reflect, I understood the connection between Angelo’s journey and my own Siddha Yoga sadhana. It was Angelo’s journey with his unwavering focus on his goal that slowly ripened him, and not a final act of finding the happiest man’s shirt and wearing it. This is why Angelo began experiencing the qualities of wearing the happiest man’s shirt during his journey itself.

I realized that the happiest man’s shirt exists, just not in the form I was expecting.
