Dear readers,

Namaste!

As we continue to celebrate Baba Muktananda’s Mahasamadhi in the month of October and worship the Goddess during the nine-night festival of Navaratri, we will delve deeper into our study of the Self.

There are two remaining Svādhyāya Study Sessions. The next is Session VI, which will take place on Saturday, October 24, the third and final day of Navaratri dedicated to worship of Mahasarasvati, the goddess of wisdom, language, music, and the arts.

What a fortuitous time to learn about and practice listening, which is the focus for Study Session VI. You will learn about the importance of listening as you recite Shrī Guru Gītā—listening to your own voice and to the voices of those reciting with you, in order to blend your voice with theirs.

For Study Session VI, here’s what you need to know:

Date: Saturday, October 24, 2020
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Eastern Daylight Time, USA (live video stream)
7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, USA (webcast)

As you are aware, these study sessions are available in English. And so it gives me great delight to inform you that the head of the Translation Department in the SYDA Foundation has worked with Siddha Yogis who offer seva as translators into French, Hindi, and Spanish to ensure that simultaneous translation into these languages is available for the upcoming study sessions.

Prepare for the study session in the following ways:

7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, USA (webcast)

Stay safe, stay smart, stay informed, and stay genial everyone!
