By participating in this event and/or using these study tools, I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
I agree not to record, download, transcribe, modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way this event or study tool in whole or in part, unless the rules accompanying the event or study tool expressly permit me to do so.
I understand that any copying including recording or transcription of the event or study tool is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of United States and International Copyright Law.
I understand that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in the loss of access to future events on the Siddha Yoga path website.
I understand that, while participating in an event online, I am permitted to take notes for my personal study, while crediting the author and event (e.g. Gurumayi, Sweet Surprise [year]), unless the host of the event at the Siddha Yoga Ashram, meditation center or chanting and meditation group gives instructions to the contrary. I understand that I am not permitted to transcribe (copy) the entire content or large sections of it word by word.
I agree I will not post notes or text of talks from the event on the internet, including social media.
If others will be participating in the event and/or using this study tool with me, I will ensure that they have read and agreed to the conditions of this agreement.
I agree and understand that my user ID and password are solely for my use and are not to be shared with anyone.
I understand that the SYDA Foundation is not responsible for any technical difficulties or problems that may be incurred in the receipt of the event or study tool.
I understand and agree that the event or study tool is provided without warranties of any kind and that, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the SYDA Foundation disclaims any and all such warranties, expressed or implied.
