Viewing this video makes me feel that I am in love with Planet Earth. She is such a nourishing and lovely mother, who works constantly to make herself into a gift for all of us.
Since I received
shaktipat, my love has only increased and my gratitude as well. With my heart full of love, I offer
pranam to my Guru, who makes my life worth living on this precious planet.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because it is infused with the golden virtue of gratitude. These verses and the video of the cornucopia reminded me that we celebrate the earth and its bounty at this time.
I am so grateful to the Siddha Yoga path and the Guru for deepening my connection to the earth and all of its blessings.

Yesterday morning after meditation, I put some attractive fruits on my
puja. Then I went onto the balcony and looked at all the flowers blossoming there: burgundy-colored orchids, pink and violet cyclamens, and violet, lilac, and yellow pansies. Their colorful beauty filled me with joy for Prithivi, the Earth.
Later on, in the evening, I listened to music and looked for mantras dedicated to the Earth. I found many ancient verses from different cultures about Mother Earth. Although my physical condition is not strong, I felt only harmony and peace and gratitude throughout my body.
Thank you, Gurumayi, for this experience that was as sweet as honey and as delicate as silk.

I live in Northern California, and today—on Thanksgiving—is the first time in a couple weeks that the air has been clear of smoke from the wildfire. What a beautiful Thanksgiving gift!
I have deep and renewed gratitude to be able to go outdoors, breathe in deeply, and take in Prithivi's fragrance. These verses remind me of how blessed and alive is the Earth, and of its divine nature.

This Thanksgiving I celebrate my deep gratitude for my Guru and for all the blessings in my life. I am grateful to be living where I can celebrate God's glory and the abundant grace which infuses my life.

Last night, as I read the chapter "Gratitude, the Gift of Remembrance" in Gurumayi's book
Enthusiasm, I thought about all that I receive from the Siddha Yoga path, from my Guru. This scriptural verse helps me understand gratitude in a deeper way.
